Service scope

Narthex provides software and related services for church operations. Access is provisioned by tenant administrators and may be suspended for policy violations.

Account responsibility

• Keep account credentials secure.
• Use the platform only for authorized organizational activity.
• Follow tenant and platform moderation policies.

Billing

Paid plans, if applicable, are governed by separate billing terms or order forms. Billing questions can be sent to billing@narthexapp.com.
